go to a hair store and ask them for a cream conditioner it looks like mayonaise but its not ( it comes in a little jar) i have thick unruly red hair and this helps

They sell shampoo and conditioners, look for the ones that say sleek,you can pull your curling iron through your hair, just clip it in at the type, and slowly pull the iron down to the end of the hair, repeat until the desired smoothness.

First get your hair trimmed. You should only be washing your hair a few times a week. And don't use anything from the store. Go to a salon and ask them for their best shampoo and conditioner for your hair. I also like VO5 Straight. Hope this helps

nothing better than olive oil -
massage into your scalp, cover with plastic wrap, then a hot towel. Once the towel cools, you can wash the olive oil out.

i have the same hair i use a mixture of john frieda and also shop brands too like boots leave in conditioner also a good set of irons help to get it straight but protect it before you straighten it or you will wreck you hair. good luck chick x
