for arm is a better indicator, of how much hair she CAN grow. Eyebrows are a better indicator of how well maintained it will be.

the theory. If a girl can grow lots of hair in one spot all the other spots will be just as hairy. Girls maintain their appearance however by shaving their legs (and more if your lucky), and plucking unwanted facial hair i.e. eyebrows. So if her arms are hairy she could be hairy down there, but if her eye brows are nicely trimmed hopefully she will be nicely trimmed down there despite how much hair she could grow.

does it really matters? outside hair is not a good indicator of whats under. in fact the more hairy it is downunder, the more cushiony it is. goodluck
